With regard to your first observation, that is "working as designed" for the LED sidemarker version of the All-In-One harness. At night, the front side markers are normally ON (operating as Running Lights). To signal a turn, the side marker is turned OFF while the front turn signal is active, and then it turns back ON when the front turn signal is inactive. As such, the front side markers operate Inversely to the front turn signals at night.
During the day, the front side markers are normally OFF, and they turn ON when the front turn signals are active. So, during the day they operate in sync with the front turn signal.
Your suggestion to zip tie the harness in place is a good one. On Camaros with the standard front fascia there haven't been any issues, because the plastic pins that hold the front fascia together provide a secure barrier to keep the harness in place. However, it is clear that that isn't enough for those who have the GFX kit, so we'll update the Install Instructions accordingly.
