From the Chevy Website:

Camaro is ushering in a new season with a sleek array of options to surpass the standard with the 2014 Spring Special Edition – available in 2LT and 2SS Coupe or Convertible models.
The aggressive stance of the iconic performance car is sharpened by the Summit White exterior and new Blue Ray stripe paired with 21-inch Dusk wheels.1 Other exterior elements include the front grille in gloss black, gill decals, hood insert in blue (SS only), blue convertible top, blue sharkfin antenna (Convertible only) and ZL1 rear spoiler (Coupe and Convertible). To match the sharp exterior styling, the interior features blue accents and premium accessory floor mats.
Further amplify the look and feel of your Camaro with the RS package, which includes HID headlamps and LED taillamps. Other available options include a sunroof, dual-mode exhaust and navigation radio.2 The 2014 Camaro Spring Special Edition will be available to order starting November 2013.
As far as pricing, expect it to be around what the Hot Wheels Special Editions prices are/were. Can't believe the dealers you talked to are idiots (although depending on who it is it wouldn't be a stretch). They HAVE to know something by now.
