No my wording is spot on. I have the cash to buy a Z/28 and so do my two friends that want them. I also had the cash to buy a ZL1 too when they came out. Because I didn't have the right Clout, it made it very hard to do so, and I'm sure that the Z/28 will be much harder to attain even if you have the cash on hand. Cash in hand doesn't always mean you get what you want when someone with more Clout and the cash wants one too. I found that out the hard way.
