Generally speaking, no. Tire choice and alignment play a role in this as much as anything.
By far the worst car I've ever driven that would snap away from you is a 930. They are legendary for it. The other is a factory five cobra replica. That cobra is a hinge car, it will swap ends quick and there is no catching it.
A square setup on my C4 was incredibly neutral at the limit, even on race rubber. Hoosiers don't tend to give much warning when they are at the limit anyways, they just say "that's it for me, I'm out" and you are in the grass.
