It works great although I wouldn't recommend the factory cooler delete for daily drivers in very cold climates. Oil takes longer to get up to operating temp even with the thermostat but not terribly long. I'm waiting until my next oil change to get an external oil temp gauge installed that I expect to be more accurate.

I also need a trans thermostat installed to reduce warmup time with my giant cooler but I've gone a bit more extreme than most with cooler sizes because of track use. The factory warmup feature was removed when i did my flexalite radiator.
