The facts are:
-OP brought Camaro to dealer for repair. Didn't sign anything releasing the dealership from liability
-Camaro gets stolen
-Crashed
-Dealer is at fault
-OP wants to be made whole and have a car in identical condition to what he had.
-He has not been made whole as of this posting.
