Planned and drove too - it's crazy fun. When I did (last year) it was still lacking some of the safety equipment and proper flagging, as there's some blind corners/hills. They've been working on it though, so perhaps it's improved by now.
It's not the closest place necessarily though - I also race at Mission. The Sports Car Club of BC (
http://www.SCCBC.net) runs the road course there.
