its not unreasonable -it falls in line with what some have guessed. If the source is generally reliable that adds to the truthyness. I'd rate it at 50% likely. May not seem that great, but compared to some of the way out there 'facts' its not so bad.

I'm surprised by the power and weight. I didn't expect to see them claiming the 'SS' 3900 lbs, thats what I thought it would be for the SS but I figured that would include a supercharger and intercooler. I figured the Z28 comming in at 3750 or so. And both those power estimates seem 5-10% higher than I expected, but I like to be conservative. So that puts them right on the mark with our guestimation.

BUT since this coincides with estimates, its reasonable to think that these were merely formulated from whats been said, then claimed as truth. We will know what the truth is in a few months. Until then we might as well figure that the camaro will have a pair of 1.3L 3 cylinder turbo diesel engines (one for front, one for rear).
