That's where I disagree.
They allowed this employee access after hours (claiming he needed to get a phone charger or something), and access to the vehicles keys. Furthermore... they must have no security guard, or alarm that sounds when the bay door opens after hours. The police didn't even charge the guy with anything because it was in the "dealers" possession.
If I was fixing a computer for a freind (charging him money), and my son takes it.... and drops it in the pool... I consider it my fault. I would be buying my friend a new computer. Not trying to figure out what insurance thinks the computer is worth at the time of the incident.
