There is nothing to warrant a warranty claim. They are cast and will rust on the outside. They are EXTREMELY thick, hence the reason they weigh so much. It would take decades for them to rust through. You can do shorty's that don't require a tune but also add little to no performance gains or long tube headers that should be tuned to get the most from them. As long as you get 304SS, they won't rust. There are lots of headers for this car. It's just a question of how much you want to spend.
