No way was I trying to say it was the same scenario. But the principle remains. It's NOT unreasonable at all, even considering the situation, for the dealer to try and find a comparable car.

This is what I'm trying to get across. It's amazing to me that people assume that a brand new car is just supposed to be automatically done.

Why are you assuming that the facts are all accurate here? I see problems. Which of the two people who testified about the car offered do you believe and why?

Again, very well might be as is stated but I will not just be so quick to here one side of a story and believe it automatically. Especially when the person had already began his campaign for getting a brand new car without giving the dealer a chance to make it right first.

Where are you getting this limited edition from ?
