Once I read this... I jumped to the 'give the guy a new car' boat and couldn't care less to hear the dealership's side of the story. They have issues that extend from the top.
Also, before the Hoopers knew the replacement car had previous damage they were going to take it if the dealership added another $6,000 to the offer. Not sure why some are saying he was out for a new car from day one.
