Yes. And they are accepting that. The fact that the guy went ofter hours and stole the car does make it slightly different. But the dealer offered a 43 thousand dollar car AND 5 thousand dollars cash to replace a 44 thousand dollar car. So they are accepting responsibility. It's not a stretch to realize at this point that to demand MORE is not fair.
