A friend and member of this site knows the previous owner of said ZL1 and has pictures of the accident 3 days after it left the lot. I wont put him on the spot but I think he also has the damaged bumper in his garage! He was going to get it repaired and put it on his Camaro.

He contacted me since the dealer is giving him a used 2012 zl1 and I just happen to have all the info on it lol it was the first zl1 sold in Dover and I went with the guy when he bought it. The dealer told him that the car was bought in 2013 even tho I know for a fact that the car was bought on may 18 2012 so i told him that the dealer needs to get him a new one. Poor dude traded in his 2011 ss and sold his 69 camaro for this car"
This person I know, this person I trust. So no, there isn't a conflicting report as far as I'm concerned. Now, I don't agree and the "new one" part but this dealer is as shady as they come.
