We're more in the corner of "let's wait and see," rather than rush to judgement.
We're STILL dealing with he said she said, and now even he said that he said that he did.
OP was wronged, no doubt.
Dealer WAS ALSO wronged, though, let's not forget that...
Could the dealer have handled it better? I think so. This should have had either a resolution, or a planned resolution, within 24 hours. The customer lost his baby, and it should have been addressed IMMEDIATELY.
Anything less, and the customer will think they're being wronged. We are, after all, only human.
