Just swap them left-right. You won't have to remove them from the rims, just jack up the front of the car and put your right-front wheel/tire on the left front and vice-versa. You'll have to get the TPMS corrected (it will only be backwards, they will still work just fine), but most shops offer a free air-pressure check which covers this...

The only "issues" you would have seen would possibly been a reduction in traction and possibly some premature wear, but they shouldn't be severe.
