Isn't the bogging off the line the torque mgmt? I seems like all the A6 are that way. From my understanding the only way to get rid of that would be a tune.
You know...there is no guarantee that if you did a tune on your car that they will automatically void your warranty especially if you take it to a reputable speed shop. Talk a little with the service manager at your dealer. Tell them you are about to pull the plug and sell off the car and that before you do that you might have it tuned to see the difference. Ask him if they know of a speed shop to go to and if that speed shop does it will they automatically void your warranty (assuming of course that the issue is not directly related to the tune). Just beause you ask doesn't mean you'll acually do the tune.
