Haha, skilled drivers. Even a monkey could drive my car. Some would say one does.
You do need to know exactly what the car needs though. Setup, launch, etc, and that takes time and a lot of trial and error.
Figuring that stuff out along with good conditions, both track and weather, and you have a great recipe. Much harder than it sounds.
