You need to check your times again, a new Charter R/T RWD is a mid 13 (13.5-13.6) second car, AWDs are high 13s (13.7-13.8), talking new models only of course. Remember, most dynos show the 5.7 is making closer to 390-400 HP, along with the torque, is giving them a huge advatnage over a V6 Camaro. Even by your estimates of 13.8 for an R/T and 14.2 for a V6 manual Camaro, you realize you are talking 4 car lengths on average in the 1/4 mile, that is quite a bit of a lead of there. And as you stated, you have the V6 Charger. they are nice, but you can't judge what the V8 can do based on it. It is pretty simple, acceleration goes to the R/T, handling to the Camaro. Nothing really to argue there.

Is this a engine dyno or rwhp? If so I need to trade for a Dodge since clearly it's the more powerful one.
