You IMPLIED a ZL1 was OEM-available with 19" Z/28 rolling stock. That is NOT the case...without a separate trip to the Parts Dep't. If you're going to hold others to a standard YOU do not meet, there's a word for that sort of "character"...

OEM means Original Equipment Manufacture...as in factory available and installed...not AFTERMARKET, which a trip to the Parts Dep't makes them, if they were NOT factory-installed regardless of sourcing...
