Front bumper? Right by the marker? These seem to get damaged commonly. I can't tell for sure where the part is that is in your photo.
Two pieces of fairly thin aluminum, epoxy, and zip ties
The red part is one of the pieces of aluminum. The yellow dots are holes which pass through both al. parts and through holes you drill in the remains of the 'tab' in the bumper.
The idea is to sandwich the damaged area with the al. pieces, with epoxy in the middle. Zip ties are passed through the holes and cinched tight. The blue lines are the zip ties
Real good idea to use painter's tape around the edge of the bumper so no epoxy accidentally gets on the outer surface
I've suggested this several times and never heard back from anyone, but this will work if done correctly. Your damaged part may be in a different spot but same idea.
