You don't even have to drive it off the lot to get hit on the initial depreciation. The minute you do the paper work and the cars been registered its now a one owner car.
It's sucks put imagine this scenario
2 cars on a lot that are identical
1) new, never owned with 250 miles
2) used, one owner for 2 weeks with 75 miles
Same car...which do you think costs more and easier for the dealer to sell? I'd say option 1
50k was fair. It's a buyers market for zl1's, seems people are trading them in for the c7.
FYI....I think a few guys have picked up left over new zl1's for right around 50 k
