I had a similar problem in 2012. (vibration/drone type noise when shifting from 1st to 2nd gear). I spoke to a friend who knew someone at GM and they gave me his email.
I sent him en email and he told me there was a notice sent on 12/2011 to all GM dealerships regarding this problem. He sent me a copy.
I don't know how to attach a PFD this message. Let me know if you need a copy.
#11-03-09-001: Vibration or Drone Type Noise - (Dec 8, 2011) Condition Some customers may comment on a vibration or drone type noise at 1150-1200 RPM or 61-72Ƈkm/h (38-45Ƈmph) in 6th gear and TCC on. This vibration or drone type noise is present at the above MPH range during light throttle application and will remain as long as the engine load remains constant during these conditions. Correction The front two rear suspension support (cradle) bushings will need to be replaced. Follow the procedure below to replace the bushings.
