I’ve gone through the posts under the 5th Annual Alberta Camaro Cruise Discussion Thread and these are the people that have said they are coming on June 14th, along with the city they said or we think they are departing from.

I also need to start a head count for the Edwards Garage Rocky Mountain House BBQ and Chili’s Restaurant in Banff. Please post or send us a PM so that we can try to keep an accurate headcount for both. This will help Edwards Garage better plan for the BBQ and also enable us to have Chili’s prepare for our large group. We would also like to track the number of people for the Brunch on Sunday in Canmore.

Therefore you should see your name with 3 numbers beside it, ie: 68 RS 4 4 4.

Please check your information. If you are not on the list or I have missed your confirmation or I am missing your numbers, please let me know. I would like to be able to give accurate numbers to Edwards Garage, Chili’s and the Radisson hotel & Conference Centre. If you see ? ? ? beside your name, that means we need your numbers.

I will also need someone to send out PM’s, as I do not want anyone to be disappointed. I will also be sending the Douglas Fir Resort & Chalet, Edwards Garage and Davenport’s a link to this thread. Also if someone can get this out on FaceBook to the “F” Body clubs, that would be great!
