Ball shown below is GM Series Solid Color Knob in the Color Rally Orange. The Size is 2 1/4 with Thread size 3/8 16th if using Shifter from CFD. The SS is 2010 Black Engraved. To give an idea 2 1/4 is the size of a pool ball.
Photo below shows different in Style and Size. The knob to the left is a Rally Shift knob from Epco. The Color is Rally Orange with 2010 Black SS. The size of this knob is smaller at 2 1/8. I prefer the 2 1/4. I also prefer the engraved SS on the right as opposed to the graphics knob seen on the left.

I just saw that CFD is offering a group buy on his shifter. If I get a knob from Epco, will I need to get the adapter kit, or can I just select the 3/8 16 thread size and will be okay for the install??
