UPDATE:
It was just announced on the news the driver of the Camaro has been charged with 6 counts of Murder.
She apparently had a Juvenile DUI @ age 17 (for which she just got her license back for 2 weeks ago) which can legally be used to enhance the Adult DUI charges and upgrade them from Manslaughter to Murder..
