I think its LG motorsport that has a dyno sheet showing a big tq gain under 3500rpm, around 15tq IIRC. Its not the best spot but it does make more hp and tq. I think its pretty safe to say the it has the same 5hp gain as the Vette does. Vette marketing...
Any catback is "just noise no so much hp"... NPP is free flowing and support big hp and the sound is amazing. A must have IMO. The stock mufflers are very good but no sound and are heavy.
