I have a 2010 SS, 6spd. I am putting on headers with hi-flow cats, x-pipe, and mufflers this week. I am also adding either a Halltech or CAI intake. I have an SCT tuner that I just sent in to be unlocked. (Traded my Ford SCT with a friend who had the GM one, but his was still married to his old car which he no longer has).

The question is, would it be better to get an SCT tune for my car, or take it to a local shop in Texas and get a custom tune, considering what I am adding?
For Such simple Mods there will be little to No difference with just the JRE 415 RWHP Tune file written for your car.

If you Do the Logging it's NO different then me sitting in your passenger seat doing the tuning.

Thank you
Ted.
