I'm sure what you write is with good intentions, but wait, there are 700-1000HP Skylines out of the box in Japan that are ILLEGAL to be shipped over here, and probably other watchamacallits as well. Ditto for some off the wall BMW models in Germany, and the list goes on elsewhere.
