Aggressive Cam Shaft=Damage?
I love the sound of the night fury cam and the rough idle by jannetty. I got quotes by both and seemed kind of high, two questions here:
having a cam install costs 5000$??? seems like a lot just for a cam shaft install.
Also, what kind of rollers does these cams have? flat tappet? what is the life of these aggressive cams on a L99?? Has anyone experienced problems at all. Would I need to have heads installed as well because of clearance issues?
seems smarter to just go with forced induction when it comes to HP numbers. BUT I WANT THAT SOUND... dammit. any help greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.
