I took this off of my 2010 LS3 to make way for the supercharger setup. It comes with the intake,washer fluid tank and tank relocation bracket as well as the clamps. The filter is with it but needs to be cleaned or replaces. The CAI is in good shape and has no dents, just a few scratches from being taken on and off. Below is the link for the setup.
