Over the winter my car sat during the coldest weeks without being started and one morning it was -8f outside and I went to start it and it turned over very slowly and once started I could tell it wasn't firing on all cylinders (running rough/shaky) so I promptly turned it off and turned the key to the on position to let the fuel lines to fully pressurize and started it and it ran fine but the engine check light came on from the previous start.
I let it run and drove it to make sure everything was ok and then just unplugged the battery and it took away the engine check light. I took the car for another drive to make sure the light didn't come back on and all has been well for the past two months....
