I've notice the clattering noise in mine as well usually when I engage the clutch I brought it up to the service folks when I went n for my first service.. they said sounds fine... but it is weird to hear the clatter when you push the clutch in...

I hate this when I am leaving the lot at work (strict 5 MPH rule) the car is lurching and the knocking... not to many people are out when I am leaving... thank goodness I've already been through the "do you even know how to drive a stick" when I first got the thing! anyhow... glad to know I am not the only one that just kind of slithers down in the seat and feels a little shy!
