Just had a look at the alfas technical data also and it suggests that the lift is the same, unfortunately i cant find the duration data but yes this supports the fact that only the duration is increased on the lfx cam, i read somewhere that the lfx oil gallery might be located at a different area but i dont know how true this can be.
