If it isn't worth reporting it yourself, move on with your life and for GOD'S SAKE don't meddle in someone else's affairs by proxy. That's an "unmanly" thing to do. It's not YOUR fault that some tool didn't pay for his Camaro. Sure, you can feel sorry for him but now it's really the bank's car, not the guy who didn't want to pay for it. Karma will catch up to the repro guy. Unless it's affecting you directly, move on.
