Its exactly the same style connector as the MAF sensor.
Pull the white clip back, it'll unclick from the black portion. Then, use your thumb to push down on the center small black portion of the connector that the white clip sit in and and the same time pull the connector.
Once you undue it, you'll see just how easy it really is.
