Come on, that paper is nonsense.
The guy claims all of these scientific studies yet refuses to publish sources, refuses to publish the actual test data, and is clearly a shill for Prolong engine treatment, and this is one guy who supposedly did one unbiased test= anecdotal not emipracle evidence, at best.
