I tried prying it back up and leaving it for a couple days but next time i cycled the windows it was back. I think that would have worked if the original owner had noticed it and done that right away but now it's been deformed so long it might be permanent. I'll try it again on a hot day and see if that helps, if not I'll just replace them.
