I checked them before I installed, and compared with a known good cylinder I was at 38.8 ohm. I also cleaned out the grease just to make sure that wasnt causing any issues with boot to plug contact. All of this happened with only the two fuses being removed, I dont get it.

Edit:
Good call of checking the wires again, I pulled #8 and #1. I noticed #8 was jumping around a lot every time I moved. I checked #1 and moved around and it never changed the reading. Looks like I have a bad #8 wire, Ill go pick up a new set wires and report back.
