No anti seize and no stock wires, just a swap but I try a new wire (MSD 8.5) I had laying around for a different vehicle.

This was all happening before I swapped in new plugs but Im running the NGK Iridium's (TR5IX I believe). I ended up swapping plug wires again with a different cylinder and coils as well. Still reading Cylinder 8 misfire. Then I pulled the injector plug and ohm'ed the injector, 11.8 and I checked the ply for any shorts, reads the same as cylinder 1.
Right now I feel like its a commanded misfire from the ECU.
I also pulled the #8 new plug and it was bone dry and brand new looking while #1 has some tint to it.

Im at a complete loss here, car ran fine prior to this. Im done for the night so I pulled the #5 and #20 fuse again for the rest of the night.

Looks like Ill be trying a fuel filter tomorrow after reading a thread for GM's. Someone basically had the same exact symptoms as me down to the injector not putting fuel into the cylinder. Right before changing the injector, he changed the fuel filter and it solved everything. Ill follow up tomorrow.
