You will stress the engine more. Period.
Statistically you will shorten the engine life.

Will you see it? Hard to say.
GM engineers each engine component to last a good distance beyond 100k. Some make it further than others . . .

Let's say the stock engine is engineered for a median life of 200k, with a standard deviation of 15k. (I have no idea if this is true).

Those mods will move the median, and perhaps the stdev as well.

Unless you have someone doing FEA (finite element analysis) and statistical analysis, it's hard to say how much you will reduce the engine life, but you probably will.
