The LS7 had to be strangled to make emissions.
This is 3 curves, bone stock, minor bolt-ons, then adding a cam.
Note the huge torque increases.
Also note that the "bolt-on" rwhp is akin to the stock ZL-1 HP, with similar "area under the curve".
Just bolt-ons will give you a power-to-weight significantly higher than a ZL-1.
