I've had an original '69 Z/28 for 41 yrs. I know what a small cube small block can do. I know what it is like without creature comforts, no a/c, no power steering, no auto, no mufflers (chambered exhaust). I don't know how I could drive it 4 hours to college without going deaf at 3700 rpm and 55 mph. Nowdays short jaunts are all I'm good for, but fun nonetheless. I'm looking forward to seeing what a big cube small block will do and I'm sure I won't be disappointed. The rest of the setup of the car is phenomenal as well. I will be upgrading the driver at a local track as soon as I have her broke in. Fortunately the timing is perfect as I can now afford one! 2015 allotment here, patiently waiting for the day the dealer can place the order.
