I recently purchased a Rotofab cold air intake from them. They were great to deal with and delivered my product quickly. The product was packed very well.
When I first spoke with DynoSteve (C5 member name) he gave me a quote that was cheaper than anyone else. A day or so later, I found out that Steve had quoted me the wrong price. Rather than raise the price, Steve charged me his initial quote! He realized that he had made an error, but rather than upset a customer, he sold the product at cost or less than cost.
This takes a man of high moral character. This is good business. Obviously, the guys at RDP are all about pleasing their customers. I will undoubtedly turn to RDP whenever I need parts for my 2013 ZL1.
