Good afternoon,
Let me give you some back story because I know I will get a Chevy rep here but I have already contacted chevy customer support.
2 weeks ago I took my 2012 camaro to the dealer for an oil change. Ever since then My car makes a noise, a noise that will only trigger once I have travelled at a constant speed. I mainly drive highway so the issue starts showing up between 40 - 60 without braking. When I brake the noise temporarily goes away and immediately begins
last weekend I took my car to the dealer to address the issue and I did bring the video attached with me for them to hear. From the start with the guy in service he was already dismissive of me providing the video evidence. I explained to him about the consistent driving however I KNEW that when they test drove it that they did on a main road which they constantly were braking and could not trigger the issue like on the highway.
When I was taken to the mechanic he tried explaining without being able to trigger the noise he cant diagnose (I understand) however I explained they couldnt trigger without going on the highway at least so I offered to have him come with me real quick on the highway and they told me " We are too busy ".
Needless to say I dont consider that Customer service and have already called chevy customer support and they got me an appointment for Monday to have their manager ride with me to trigger it.
I have the audio attached in hopes someone else hears this and has dealt with it to at least give me clue as to what it is.
I appreciate anyone who has the time to read this and respond.
Thank you
P.S my dealer is Grand Prize Chevy in Miami, I will update this when my issue gets addressed but for now its
