You just proved my point.
Its not about what KBB or some other source will say what its worth in 10yrs. And its not about how many people drool over it in 10yrs. My 1LE is more than just a car to me because on a personal level it represents the hard work I've put in to own it. Hard work not many others are willing to do...
Not to mention, I detail my own car, do 99% of all work on my own car. So even that makes it more than just a car, I've devoted a lot of personal time and have a lot of personal experiences with my vehicles. Even my wifes '95 is special, its not worth shit in a book, but me and her have turned every bolt on that car together, and that means something. Unless I look at the wife as "just another human", then I guess that doesn't matter then either.....
