Did you put in the correct power steering fluid? There are no bleeders on this system. The way I like to fill this system after a drain fill the resivoure till it reads full on cold. Go have a beer. After beer, top off resivoure full on cold, put cap on, start car remove cap top off resivoure till it shows full on hot. Put cap on slowly move wheel in one direction till it hit wheel stop. Remove cap and top off again. Put cap back on and rotate wheel opposite direction till stop. Remove cap, top off resivoure, put cap back on cycle steering lock to lock remove cap top off. Then cycle steering lock to lock 6 times. Remove cap top off resivoure til the botom of hot put cap on and take for a drive. While driving at stop signs go lock to lock. When you get home top off resivoure to maximum hot.
This should get the air out.
