$1000 says he was tuning. remember racing the tree only applies when your'e racing. NO matter how long he sits there, whether it's a perfect .400 or 10 seconds, the ET is the same. SO if he's trying to find the sweet spot for the tranny brake and revs, then he's going to launch like that.
