I get a call Friday saying his mechanic was unable to reproduce even though he himself heard it so this dealership has let me down yet again. I am leaving my car in again next friday since I will be out of town for a while week for them to figure it out. If not I am going to weigh my options into even a breach of contract with this dealership because I fear if it isnt addressed and the car eventually gets a bigger issue then I will just end up more frustrated later on.

I can absolutely understand that a concern that cannot be duplicated at the opportune time would be beyond frustrating. Would you like to try a second dealer? If not, we'll document this and do everything we can on our end to help if this should become frequently occurring, or otherwise escalates.
