This is the law almost everywhere, When you and the dealer agreed on a price not only were you agreeing to buy at that price but the dealer was agreeing to sell at that price. If options were added on later that you did not authorize thats tough nuts to the dealer. You can sue and force the sale through at the agreed upon price, as long as you can prove what that was (something in writing). I would bring an action against the dealership and get the car sticking them for the price of any unauthorized extras. Thats the best way to make them stop doing this to people in the future.
